  • Please submit the form in the Contact Us to cancel your membership. You will be charged through month-end. We’re sorry to see you go, but come back anytime!

  • Please send us an email through the Contact Us page with your WheelMan connect account login and your device serial number(s). Our team will help resolve your issue.

  • You sure can! The new owner should activate the device using the form submission in wheelmanapp.com/activate. Remember to cancel your membership!

  • The Wheelman Connect Basic device will only work for vehicles that are equipped with OBD II and post 1996 vehicle model year. The Wheelman Connect Pro will only work for vehicles that are equipped with OBD II and post 2005 vehicle model year. Double check your vehicle’s model year and ensure the location of your OBD II port in your vehicle.
